• 1. We are happy to fix any chipped, lifted, cracked, or broken nail within 7 days of service.
• 2. The 7-day guarantee does not apply to regular polish services.
• 3. Customers are responsible for their choice of color and design.
• 4. No returns. No refunds for any service.
• 5. Please call or text us if you are unable to return to our salon within 7 days. We are glad to help resolve your concerns.
